At HS Beauty, we prioritize fast and efficient delivery to get our premium skincare products to you promptly. Our delivery policy is as follows:

1. Delivery rates: All orders in Pakistan receive free shipping on orders over 2999 Rs, otherwise shipping will be at a flat rate of 249 Rs per order.

2. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by location and shipping option. For orders within Lahore, delivery typically takes 2–3 days, while for the rest of Pakistan, delivery takes 3–5 days. Sale periods may extend delivery times to 5–7 days.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also contact us on our social media platforms anytime for updates on your order status.
